Description
Using this dropper the Aqua Rebell fertilizer can be dosed very precisely. Particularly in nano aquariums this dosage form is very useful.
For optimal resluts, simpley prick a hole with a needle in the top. The resulting small hole ensures very accurate dosing. If you cut the tip with scissors, dosing is possibly a little more difficult.Only when the red cap is screwed on, the fertiliser bottle can be stored horizontally. When the dosage pump is screwed onto the bottle, please make sure the bottle is always upright. Otherwise the fertiliser bottle may leak.

It works, you just have to use a thin needle. If you poke the opening too big, the drops can come out very fast. So my mistake. :)
You have to be a bit careful when cutting off the tip, but otherwise great.
The drip dispenser is very well suited for adding small amounts of fertilizer precisely. I'm very satisfied and would buy the drip dispenser again.
Ideal if you want to measure the fertilizer with a syringe including a needle. Syringe needles are available at any pharmacy. If you pierce the dispenser with the needle, it fits exactly and no fertilizer runs down the needle when you hold the bottle upside down. But that can happen if you cut open… (read more)
Super useful for dosing very precisely for a small nano tank.
Of course it fits the Aqua Rebell bottles exactly.
A clear recommendation from me!
Perfect for dosing smaller aquariums. I use it instead of the Dennerle pump head, since that was very inaccurate on the first pump stroke. So I fill the fertilizer into a bottle that fits this dosing head.
The thread fits many (small and medium-sized) fertilizer bottles. However, before buying you should check whether the planned use is possible. If you cut off the tip of the drip dispenser almost all the way down, you can push a normal disposable syringe of any size into the hole. So just attach the syringe, turn the bottle upside down and you can - e.g. with a 3 ml syringe - draw up the fertilizer directly, accurate to 0.1 ml. The first… (read more)
The drip dispenser is great for small aquariums. The only shame is that you have to make the hole yourself. It worked with a pushpin.
It fits all Aquarebell threads.
You're supposed to make a hole yourself? And then you also have to figure out how many drops equal so many ml, nah, that's ....

Not exactly thrilled, because you have to poke the hole yourself and then also measure how much the hole lets through, and that is rather vague.
But the product itself arrived safely packed and undamaged.
The Aqua Rebell drip dispenser doesn't have a hole in it from the factory. Be careful when poking the hole... if you make it too big, you don't get drops that can be dosed well, and if the hole is too small, you get more of a stream than drops when you apply pressure to the bottle.
Unfortunately it's difficult to dose. I had imagined it to be better. A hole still had to be made. It then unfortunately quickly becomes too big or uneven if you have several drip dispensers. So basically every drip dispenser has to be “calibrated” manually.
...especially for everyone who owns a Nano Cube and for whom dosing fertilizers with a syringe has been very cumbersome so far. However, I think they should already make an opening in it instead of making customers do it with a needle ;)
Excelente product. Makes it so much more easier to measure the quantity of liquid fertilizer to administrate in the tank.
I have a 30 l aquarium. Until now I had to measure the fertilizer with a syringe. Now I can count drops perfectly 🖒
With a pushpin you can make a hole that gives off almost exactly 40 drops per 1 ml of fertilizer. Clean and no mess. This way you can dose perfectly even in nano tanks. Thanks for making the part available so quickly after the wish for it was expressed in the forum :-)
Finally something suitable for nano tanks where you can also fertilize drop by drop. Before, I had to fertilize with a syringe, now it works wonderfully, drop by drop straight from the bottle.
