Placing an order with us is really quite simple. Just add the articles you desire into your cart and proceed to checkout – virtually, and you don't even have to wait in the queue. Afterwards, you'll have the possibility to register for a customer account with us, or you can proceed to checkout as a guest, if you haven't already registered. Then you only have to tell us whether you want us to send your articles to you or whether you prefer picking them up at our place, and how you'd like to pay. During the last step of the ordering process, you can check and – if necessary – edit all your entries. A click on "Buy now" sends your order on its way. Depending on the payment method you have chosen we're deferring you to one of our payment partners so you can send us the money.

After you've completed the ordering process, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as we've shipped your order you will send you another email with information about the tracking details for your parcel.

Please feel free to register for your personal customer account with us and thus get access to your personalized "My Aquasabi". There you will be able to make use of many functions we have listed for you here:

Checkout without account

Of course you can also order from us without prior registration. We treat orders placed without registration exactly the same as those from registered customers. In this case you will of course not get access to your private "My Aquasabi", and you won't be able to make use of the functions given above.

If you'd like to order from us more frequently it is recommendable to register though, because you can e.g. use addresses you have previously entered. And should the day come when you don't require your customer account with us any more you can simply delete it.

Preorder items

Unfortunately, sold-out articles cannot be pre-ordered in our shop.

However, if the article you desire should happen to be sold out we will be happy to inform you when it is available again. For activating this function, please click on the button "Message me" on the detail page of the sold-out article, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll send you an email as soon as the article you desire is available again. Please note we can only offer this function to registered customers.

Reserve items

Unfortunately we cannot reserve any articles for you before you order them. All articles you have placed in your shopping cart can be purchased by other customers while there, too.
